Life Update
Hi everyone, Penny M here
A bit of a surprise isn’t it? Apologies for no new articles to accompany this update post, however it felt important to let you all know what’s happening with me.
Life’s been good! I’ve been doing the best I can. Here’s a cool diorama I saw at work:
Photo of a display case, in it are small statues of Winnie and Millie along with pinecones and various arts and crafts.
Another photo of the same display case, now showing a book and a taped-on piece of paper reading: “Above: Hearth of Meadowvalley 1st Edition 1920’s novel Left: Millie Moonbeam and Wistful Winnie figure set (donated by anonymous collector) R.W Winfield Library”
Let’s not delay any further however, I understand many of you longtime followers of the site have been frustrated, or implied such sentiments, regarding my neglect in discussing or documenting Miss Hecate, our local cartoon mystery. Truthfully after everything that happened with Ick@ck I wasn’t sure if I would ever truly commit to following through on our initial mission statement, needed time to put myself back together I hope you understand.
However I’ve been thinking about it and, all things considered, enough time has passed that I’m finally in a good headspace to devote an update to her and her alone, one great big update compiled of all the information everyone’s sent me, and there is a lot of it. Some of it’s scary, some of it’s sad, and some of it’s beautiful. Those around for the Beetrice update should be prepared for a blunt and honest look at these companies.
Ian, I hope you’re ready to see your work completed, to the best of my abilities I’ll get it done. To all of you, I’ll be seeing you around.
I have a feeling this update will be something really special.
