Bartlebee Brands, Flight Of The Carpenter Bees Song

Making its first appearance in 1935, this music titled “Flight of the Carpenters” has been reused in nearly every single Bartlebee Brand commercial since, loved by the public for its upbeat sense of wonder. We are currently unsure of who was actually responsible for the composition of this music - another case of Bartlebee Brands not crediting the artistic individuals powering their marketing and making archival efforts difficult for us.

In regards to its consistent usage, Bartlebee Brands marketing department stated that they wanted to create a permanent impression in the minds of people across America. By reusing this theme in every tv spot, every radio ad and even remixing it when necessary, they could “imprint the mark of our branding.”

This music would often play over the intercoms at the Bartlebee Brand factories before announcements were made to the workers below. Something that, according to sources, elicited many complaints from the staff.

When listening to the music the scurrying of worker bees comes to mind. It also has a subtle hum to it that I find oddly endearing. I almost thought it was an error with the audio player at first until I relistened to other instances of it.
