Here you can see the earliest drawing of the Slishy Slasher drawn by Jayne Prell. You can see her rubber hose inspirations heavily in this drawing although this was the first and only time she would be drawn in such a style. The art displays many of Jayne’s preferences in horror art, such as the many hands and arms threading throughout the canvas. You can also feel the brutality from this piece—something that was far more graphic than any of the artist's prior works. This being around a particularly bleak moment of the artist's life, the change is reasonable.
