Library Poster

Poster of a small jester with cross shaped pupils and accordion-like arms. She stairs up at the shadow of a fence that towers over her. The top of the poster says: "WHAT LIES BEYOND"

Wistful Winnie poster, drawn by Agatha Berkly

This poster was gifted to us by the R.W Winfield library. When we began our research into R.W Winfield, the library not only responded to our inquiries with helpful answers and accounts on Winfields life, but they also invited us to visit them. This was a paid trip that had the team traveling across the country and was an amazing experience!

During our time there we were shown items belonging to Winfield, the library archives, and gifted a plethora of artwork including this old poster used during the earlier years of the library. In a time when most companies leave their history abandoned and neglected, it was a wonderful surprise to have such support and cooperation from them in learning more about Winnie, Millie, and Winfield.
