Millie Moonbeam Redesign

Millie redesign for The Moonbeam Show (unreleased), unknown artist

This redesign of Millie was for an unreleased series called “the Moonbeam Show”. In the early 2000s, the public was made aware of this plan by Liquid Laff to bring her back after years of the character laying dormant. Production art, such as this redesign, was released in the following months to presumably heighten excitement for this show, and Millie’s redesign was especially popular because of its faithfulness to her original design. However, news of the project became scarce, and in 2018, insider sources reported that the show had completed production, but for years afterward, nothing was released. Eventually, it was revealed that although ready for public viewing, the company scrapped it for tax write offs.
